Thank you all for your quick responses on Monday.  After receiving them, I checked with the Health Dept. here and they report another 221 cases on Monday.  There are over 16,000 cases in VA today.   Over 4000 of those are in VA Beach.
The governor has issued a state of emergency because of COVID. 

Our vestry will be meeting Tuesday to discuss this matter again.

I know we ALL want to go back to church ASAP.  As soon as numbers decline again, if the bishop has not reopened churches, I will request an exemption and send in our protocols. Thank you for your patience.  See data below.
